Troubleshooting
Troubleshooting can be a time consuming process. Depending on the problem, and symptoms reported, we determine the best course of action on where to start our troubleshooting. We have various specialty tools that can help in our search for the problems you are having.
Maintenance
- In homes with aluminum wiring, receptacle and switches can be pig tailed to ensure proper, safe connections, and allow for new Decora style devices to be safely installed.
- GFCI devices should be added to washroom receptacles
- Terminals at the main panel should be tightened to ensure proper connection
